The most common reason for the video or audio track breaking up is a slow or lagging internet connection. You need at least a 1 Mbps broadband internet connection for watching the video tracks and listening to the audio tracks. Sometimes the problem may be related to temporary glitches in the internet providers service or the devices used. We use hight quality infrastructure to host our videos and audio tracks to ensure a stable and high-quality streaming service.

We work with most of the major browsers and versions of Firefox, Safari and Chrome. However, Internet Explorer is not supported by Skhole platform. For the best e-learning experience, we recommend using Safari or Chrome.

Test your internet speed for example here http://www.speedtest.net/.
