If you notice a glitch in Skhole’s service, check first if you have received any notifications or emails from Skhole. We will keep you informed about any maintenance breaks or other issues that may affect the service in Notifications at the top right corner (the Bell -icon).

If we haven’t notified you about possible glitches or maintenance breaks and the problem persists, try to clear your browser’s cache. It is also recommended that you try to access other websites to make sure the problem isn’t related to your internet connection or other settings.

You may also try a different browser to see if that helps. Note that Internet Explorer is not supported anymore.

If the problem appears only at Skhole and persists even after you have cleared cache, please contact our customer service at cs@skhole.fi.
