If you notice a glitch in Skhole’s service, check first if you have received any notifications or emails from Skhole. We will keep you informed about any maintenance breaks or other issues that may affect the service in Notifications (on the bottom-left) or in Updates (in the menu on the left).

If we haven’t notified you about possible glitches or maintenance breaks and the problem persists, try to clear your browser’s cache. It is also recommended that you try to access other websites to make sure the problem isn’t related to your internet connection or other settings.

If the problem appears only at Skhole and persists even after you have cleared cache, please contact our customer service at cs@skhole.fi.
